This steel home featuring a wraparound porch was created in 2018 by the Smith Family in Mississippi. Polar Steel Buildings checked all the boxes and delivered a home which was erected in less than a week.
This gorgeous 2-story abode features a slew of luxuries including a walk in refrigerator, a hot tub and heated bedroom and bathroom. A perfect home that will last much more than a lifetime.
Our client was looking for a steel home with open layout, no obstructions and a wide open, double-door entrance. Comfortable, spacious, high ceilings while allowing plenty of natural light to shine throughout this is a great home to raise a family in.
A red steel home featuring no intrusive support columns, double doors, a garage and a porch all around while enjoying every sunset with your significant other is an easy place to call home.

All buildings will come with include anchor bolt location, column reaction and erection drawings, stamped and sealed by a Structural Engineer to match or exceed your local County Building Codes.
Will Polar Steel erect the buildings?
As a Steel Building Manufacturer Polar Steel does not erect buildings but we do have an extensive network of Building Erectors that we use to match you up with based on location and price.
How much does shipping cost ?
Polar Steel Building covers all shipping cost to the address of your choice. The pre-engineered building will ship from one of our 17 factories across the United States for quicker shipping.
